Viewing & Sharing Client / Health Centre IDs

Quickly access and share your unique Client ID or Health Center ID using the built-in QR code feature.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  • Navigate to Profile on the Home Screen (Sleepfore Business). -** Locate the small QR code icon** in the Client Profile screen:
    • For Client ID: Located directly below your main Client profile card.
    • For Health Center ID: Located directly below the specific Health Center card.
  • Tap the QR Code icon.
  • View the popup display:
    • QR Code: For quick scanning by account managers or staff.
    • Unique ID String: Displayed right below the QR code.
  • Tap the copy option to copy it to your clipboard for easy sharing via message or email.

Use this feature whenever your account manager requests your client or Health center verification ID.
